Latest Sewing Makes.

The last few weeks have been quite exciting with me itching to sew functional pieces for my wardrobe. Honestly, there are so many inspiring garments available that I have been yearning to try my hands on but so much so that it became overwhelming to chose! However, dear friends, today, I present to you, my latest makes!

I made three garments under the themes, work, casual and outing. The fabric type used was cotton as it was still summer with each one reflecting the theme perfectly.

The Shirt

The key words here were flattering and double takes. I mean its not everyday you see your colleague in a shirt with jumping horses while looking professional.

Pants

I love the fit of these pants. The challenge was adjusting the waist and hip measurements to my body shape and boy was that a thrill with a cotton fabric with no stretch!

Casual Vibes.

Everything about this dress screams summer to me. Even in the current circumstances and the restricted movement we’ve all been subjected to. I loved the easy flow of the dress and while I’m not much of an attention seeker, the colour of the fabric against my skin tone did wonders.
